By grace through faith! Then live your life as He would have you live it and not by your old selfish desires.

"Consequently, just as one trespass resulted in condemnation for all people, so also one righteous act resulted in justification and life for all people.


For just as through the disobedience of the one man the many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the one man the many will be made righteous." (Romans 5:18-19)


The bottom line is Adam left you a legacy of sin. But God, through the loving sacrifice of His son, offers you the free gift of grace to atone for those sins. Past, present and future.


All you have to do is acknowledge that sacrifice, repent of your past, and ask Him into your heart.


Jesus already did the extraordinarily hard part, so the rest is up to you.
