• Section Two takes the reader through the painful months after the decision is made, but before the divorce is final. Topics in this section deal with taking care of yourself while waiting, telling family and others you are about to be divorced, and grieving in healthy ways.
  

• Section Three walks the reader through the first months after divorce. Topics covered are first decisions, forgiveness, pitfalls to avoid, and planning for the future.

• Section Four is about the rest of your life after divorce: Developing new beliefs about God and ourselves, dealing with finances, learning to balance our spiritual and temporal lives.
