And there are always lessons to be learned through the process, "if" you're not too prideful and are willing to "look" for them.

Honestly, I'm not a big fan of these things (as more often than not, they seem to come off as too "prosperity gospelish" to me).
That said, the one today I think is worth a share (and is scratching me right where I'm itching lol). Peace Olukemi Bodune:
DON'T PULL OVER A lady was driving along with her father. They came upon a storm, and the young lady asked her father, What should I do?" He said "keep driving".. Cars began to pull over to the side, the storm was getting worse. "What should I do." The young lady asked? "Keep driving," her father replied. On up a few feet, she noticed that eighteen wheelers were also pulling over. She told her dad, "I must pull over, I can barely see ahead. It is terrible, and everyone is pulling over!" Her father told her, "Don't give up, just keep driving!" Now the storm was terrible, but she never stopped driving, and soon she could see a little more clearly. After a couple of miles she was again on dry land, and the sun came out. Her father said, "Now you can pull over and get out." She said "But why now?" He said "When you get out, look back at all the people that gave up and are still in the storm, because you never gave up, your storm is now over. This is a testimony for anyone who is going through "hard times". Just because everyone else, even the strongest, gives up. You don't have to...if you keep going, soon your storm will be over and the sun will shine upon your face again. This story touched me! I hope it touched you! Feel free to pass it on to some people you know. Tell them:"Never give up, because GOD will never give up on you. ◆There are times when God will not get you out of the fire furnace, but like *Shadrack, Meshack and Abednego* He will keep the fire from burning you. *Daniel 3.16:27* ◆There are times when He will not keep you out of the lion's den, but, like *Daniel*, He will shut the mouths of the lions for your sake. *Daniel 6:16-23* ◆Still there are times when He will not keep you out of prison, but, like *Joseph*, He will shower you with immeasurable favour in the prison walls. *Genesis 39:20-23.* ◆And there are times when He will not take the cup away but, like *Jesus*, will give you the strength to drink from the cup. But in all these situations, there's a *calm assurance* : " l am with you always, even to the very end" *Matt 28:20.* God bless From Proverbs 31 Ministries:
God sees outside of time. He is not thrown off by the setbacks we face or the paths we choose to take. There is nothing that can stop His perfect plan for our lives and nothing that can get in the way of His purpose for us. He is far more concerned about the cultivating of our hearts than the arrival of our destination. Even when we find ourselves standing at the shore filled with fear, He waits patiently for us to take steps towards Him into the deep. Each step, even the ones that seem small and insignificant are all leading us closer to our destiny. Accepting that job offer, moving across the country, choosing to stay home to raise your kids, or deciding to go back to work...each decision and step you take forward is significant and has purpose. We may not feel like we are going anywhere, but oh sweet friend… we are. You are. God is not in a rush to get you where you need to be, and you don’t have to be rushed either. You can rest in His sovereignty knowing that He is big enough, good enough, and powerful enough to fulfill His plans for your life. He replied, "Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you." (Matthew 17:20)
"Everything that happens in this world happens at the time God chooses." (Ecclesiastes 3:1)
"And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." (Romans 8:28) "From the ends of the earth, I cry to you for help when my heart is overwhelmed. Lead me to the towering rock of safety, for you are my safe refuge, a fortress where my enemies cannot reach me. Let me live forever in your sanctuary, safe beneath the shelter of your wings!" (Psalm 61:2-4)
And if you know how to love, then listen to God, because God is love. (1 John 4:8)
"Listen to my instruction and be wise. Don't ignore it. For whoever finds me finds life and receives favor from the LORD." (Proverbs 8:34/36) Fill your heart with scripture, devotion and song. "Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it." (Proverbs 4:23) And be VERY careful of what else you listen to... "For a time is coming when people will no longer listen to sound and wholesome teaching. They will follow their own desires and will look for teachers who will tell them whatever their itching ears want to hear. They will reject the truth and chase after myths." (2 Timothy 4:3-4) If you want to guard your heart, start by guarding your ears! Amen to this. ♥🕆♥
Thank you Lord for blessing me and my family. Thank you for the possessions you allow us to borrow, our home, our health and our relationships. Forgive us for not always being grateful for our circumstances as it is Your will. We would be, and would have, nothing if it were not for Your generosity and mercies. Thank You heavenly Father. We love you. "And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:19) "Always be joyful. Never stop praying. Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you who belong to Christ Jesus." (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18)
Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." (John 14:6)
Turn your cares over to the Lord. He will work on a solution for which troubles you, but understand, He may have a plan all together different than you had thought.
"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways," declares the LORD. (Isaiah 55:8) Your salvation isn't about going to church or being religious. Your salvation isn't about being a good person or about doing good works.
Your salvation IS about repenting for your sins and surrendering your life to Christ. Jesus has been pursuing you all along, so stop running! "If you declare with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved." (Romans 10:9-10) This life is short folks and it's our time for choosing. Most will choose the trappings of this world over Jesus. How about you?
"You can enter God's Kingdom only through the narrow gate. The highway to hell is broad, and its gate is wide for the many who choose that way. But the gateway to life is very narrow and the road is difficult, and only a few ever find it." (Matthew 7:13-14) when you find yourself in God's waiting room.
Understand He knows what's best for you, so the solution may be one you never anticipated. Trust that God is looking out for your long term good versus whatever short term pain may be involved right now. "Dear Lord, you know the areas in my life where I need breakthrough. Help me to have patience amidst the highs and lows and the discernment to hear your voice regarding the steps I need to take. Help me to draw closer to you on this journey and to trust that you will release my breakthrough in your perfect timing. In your name, I pray. Amen."
